A Childs Deed Poll requires the written and signed consent of a parent, this must be presented to us before we continue with the application. LEGAL COPY DEED POLL - £5
When you tell people that you have changed your name, For example the Passport Service and the Bank. They will want to see either the Original Deed poll or a Legal Copy. A legal copy is basically a copy of your deed poll sealed by us to make it a certified legal copy. more about this option

Your Deed Poll will be delivered to your chosen address in a hard backed envelope so that it is protected in transit.
There are a number of delivery options available as shown below
Standard First Class Delivery - FREE!
Your deed poll will be sent to you by royal mail first class. Please allow 1-2 working days for it to arrive.
Recorded Signed For - £1.24
Your Deed Poll will be sent recorded to your address first class. somebody will have to sign for it. This is a good option because it ensures save delivery. Please allow 1-2 days for delivery
Next Day Standard - £4.35 (not currently available)
Your Deed Poll will be delivered to you by the end of the next working day by Royal Mail. a good service of you require your deed poll as quickly as possible. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR ORDER MUST BE COMPLETED BY 13:00pm for next day delivery.
Next Day Special Delivery 9am - £9.45 (not currently available)
Your Deed Poll Will reach you by 9am the next working day. Guaranteed. This service is via Royal Mail. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR ORDER MUST BE COMPLETED BY 13:00pm for next day delivery.
